Jangan Besar-Besar Dong

Para santri di suatu pondok pesantren masing-masing memelihara beberapa ekor ayam. Suatu hari pak Ustadz ingin mengetahui bagaimana reaksi salah seorang santrinya bila satu ayamnya dicuri. Maka suatu malam ayam peliharaan si Muhaemin diambil diam-diam, dipotong, kemudian dagingnya dibagi-bagikan kepada semua santri.
Esok harinya, Muhaemin melapor kepada gurunya. “Pak Ustadz, tadi malam ayam peliharaanku dicuri orang.”
Pak Ustadz menjawab, “Sudahlah, jangan bersedih. Ayammu itu kan pada hakikatnya milik Allah yang dititipkan kepadamu.”
Muhaemin mengangguk-angguk kemudian ngeloyor pergi sambil garuk-garuk kepala. Dia berniat memberikan pembalasan kepada ustadznya itu.
Pada keesokan harinya, dia mencuri kambing milik pak Ustadz, dipotong,
disate, kemudian dibagi-bagikan kepada semua penghuni pondok pesantren. Malam itu terjadi pesta makan sate yang begitu meriah.
Esok pagi, pak Ustadz marah bukan kepalang melihat kambing miliknya
dicuri orang. Dikumpulkannyalah semua santrinya sambil menghardik,
“Hayo mengaku, siapa yang mencuri kambing saya kemarin?”. Semua
santri diam ketakutan. Tak lama kemudian Muhaemin bertanya, “Pak Ustadz, bukankah kambing yang hilang itu pada hakikatnya adalah milik Allah?”
Pak Ustadz menjawab, “Punya Allah sih punya Allah … tapi jangan yang besar-besar dong!”

Kamu Mengaku Saja

Seorang guru Sejarah memberikan pertanyaan kepada murid-muridnya,
“Anak-anak, siapa yang menulis Pancasila dan UUD 1945?”
Murid-murid semua diam seribu bahasa. Karena hingga menjelang usai jam pelajaran belum satu murid pun menjawab, sang guru marah dan akhirnya menghukum seluruh muridnya berjemur di lapangan upacara hingga sore hari. Salah seorang murid tersebut, sebut saja Anto, tiba di rumah dengan menangis tersedu-sedu. Ayahnya yang keheranan bertanya,
“To, kenapa kamu? Berkelahi?”
Anto menjawab, “Bukan Pak, tapi kami dihukum jemur oleh pak Guru.” Ayahnya bertanya lagi, “Kenapa sampai dihukum?”
Anto menjawab, “Kami tidak menjawab siapa yang menulis Pancasila dan UUD 1945, pak” Tiba-tiba muka sang Ayah merah padam dan menampar anaknya itu sembari menghardik,
“Kenapa tidak mengaku saja kamu yang menulisnya!!!”
